His sons may have appeared in his hit movies, but if Shah Rukh Khan’s confidence is anything to go by, he seems extremely sure that it is his daughter, who will eventually, become an actor.
When the actor was quizzed about AbRams cameo in Happy New Year and Aryans cameo in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Ghum, he said, “I dont think my sons have an inclination to act. Of my three children, its Suhana who wants to become an actress. Right now, shes studying, but once shes through with her academics and decides to get into the profession, shell do more than a cameo.”
The actor has always been overly protective of his little girl who is now in her mid-teens. He was upset with the press when reports stated that he used his daughter to promote Don 2, when he was photographed cycling with her on Bandstand.
Papa Khan is sure that his daughter will turn out to be a good actress. I also want her to become an actress because she wants to be one. And hopefully, she will be good at it. Like I said, women have given me a lot, especially the women Ive worked with. So, I wish and pray Suhanas dreams come true, said the superstar Khan, when he turned 49 recently.
The actor-producer, who wants to be his daughters guiding light in this otherwise predatory industry, has been penning down his experiences, thoughts and inspirational lines in a diary for over a decade now. He hopes to share it with her in a book titled, To Suhana, On Acting, Love Papa.
